FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wood processing equipment for production of fiberboards and wood particle boards, etc. Proposed machine comprises splitting assembly, power unit composed of crossbar, two power and auxiliary hydraulic cylinders connected therewith, chute and hydraulic drive. Percussion-type power assembly power is composed of rotary pendulum-type rod with percussion weight and drive with hydraulic cylinders mounted on metal frame. Said drive comprises two hydraulic cylinders secured vertically at said metal frame, their plungers being connected with vertical ropes. Said ropes are articulated with rope pulleys provided with ratchet mechanism and mounted at pendulum-type rotary axle. Free ends of said ropes carry counterweights to allow kinematic engagement. For disengagement, percussion assembly drive incorporated extra hydraulic cylinders mounted on aforesaid frame to displace vertically for engagement with said counterweights. Power hydraulic cylinders are communicated via extra pipeline with extra hydraulic cylinder that doubles as a vacuum pump for bleeding portion of working fluid therefrom and interruption of rope tensioning on opposite side of rope pulleys. Pendulum-type rod drive is provided with braking assembly fitted on said metal frame to create, along with leverage, a braking locking moment at rod axle at initial period of aforesaid interruption of rope tensioning on opposite side of rope pulleys.
EFFECT: lower costs, higher efficiency.
