FIELD: petrochemical industry; the methods and devices for production of the mean distillates.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to petrochemical industry, in particular, to the method and equipment for production of the mean distillates. The method provides for separation of the heavy fraction with the initial boiling-point of 120-200°С. Then at least a part of this fraction is subjected to hydrocleaning. The hydrocleaning flow is fractionated into at least three fractions: the mean fraction having the boiling point of 120-200°С the final boiling point within the interval of 300-410°С; the light fraction with the boiling point below in the mean fraction; the heavy fraction with the boiling point above that in the mean fraction. At least a part of the mean fraction is gated through the amorphous catalytic agent of the hydroisomerization and hydrocracking. The subjected to the hydroisomerization and hydrocracking fractions are subjected to distillation with production of the mean distillates. The residual fraction boiling above the boiling point of the mean distillates is recycled into the amorphous catalytic agent used at the treatment of the heavy fraction. The technical result of the invention is improvement of the quality and the production output of the mean distillates.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved quality and the production output of the mean distillates.
