FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: heavy fraction with boiling point from 120 to 200°C is isolated and a part of it is passed through amorphous halogen-free hydroisomerization/hydrocracking catalyst, on which conversion of hydrocarbons with starting boiling points higher than or equal to 370°C into products having boiling points below 370°C exceeds 80 wt %. Thereafter, fraction undergone hydrocracking and hydroisomerization is distilled to produce middle distillates and residual fraction boiling higher than said middle distillates, which is recycled to contact zone with aforesaid amorphous hydroisomerization/hydrocracking catalyst.

EFFECT: improved quality and yield of desired products.
