FIELD: biotechnology, in particular fetal microorganism growth stimulator.
SUBSTANCE: fresh non-infected chicken eggs are selected, incubated for 9 days, wherein on 5, 6, 7 day eggs are irradiated for 30 sec under modulation frequency of Hz and irradiation power of 9 mW. Further eggs are cooled for 6-7 days at 2-4°C, homogenized, centrifuged at 15000 rmp. Then obtained mass is filtered and tyndalized at 60-65°C for 5-6 days, pre-packed and lyophilized. Claimed stimulator is useful as broth component to growth of various microorganisms.
EFFECT: effective stimulator for microorganism culturing.
