FIELD: feed production.
SUBSTANCE: method involves incubating eggs during 9 days; exposing egg to radiation on the 5th, 6th, 7th days during 30 s at modulation frequency of 9 Hz and radiation intensity of 9 mW; cooling during 6-7 days at temperature of 2-4 C, followed by homogenization, dilution and filtration; before homogenization procedure, additionally introducing plant substrate to embryo substrate in the ratio of 1:1; using buds, which are taken only in case there are available more than 9 joints, and Callisia Fragrans leaves as plant substrate; processing buds and leaves by infiltration of glucose solution into stem, followed by creating hypoxia conditions, and cooling. Eggs with developed embryos are selected before cooling process and treated with 70%-ethyl alcohol solution. After cooling of egg within shell, said buds and leaves are treated with 5%-iodine alcohol solution and exposed to ultraviolet radiation during 18-20 min at a distance of 50-70 cm, followed by homogenization and, thereafter, resulted mass is diluted with amber acid used in the ratio of 1:1 so that content of amber acid in said mass is 1%. After dilution and filtration procedures, substrate is subjected to discontinuous sterilization at temperature of 55-60 C during 4-5 days, followed by lyophilization process.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of biologically active substance, increased general and specific resistance of organism, simplified manufacture process and reduced expenses for additive preparing process.
