It, also, refers to homogenization of cooled egg, diluting egg mass, filtration, tyndallization and packing, moreover, before homogenization it is necessary to incubate the egg for 9 d, on the 5^th, 6^th, 7^th d irradiate it at 9 Hz frequency, cool for 6-7 d at about 2-4°C, as for tyndallization it should be fulfilled at 60°C for 3 d, and before diluting with 2%-succinic acid one should add ground egg shell 1:10 to be mixed and before packing it is necessary to add Lactobacillus acidophilus EP 317/402 at the quantity of 5 bln microbial bodies/100 ml substrate. The innovation enables to increase the growth and fattening values in animals.
