FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining growth stimulator Listeria monocytogenes provides for incubation of a bird egg with further cooling during 6-7 days at the temperature of 2-4°C, homogenisation, filtration, centrifugation, filtration, tyndalisation during 5-6 days and packing. As bird eggs, quail eggs are used, which are incubated during 8 days; before incubation, as well as on the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 8th days of incubation eggs are ozone treated during 15 minutes with 2.1 g/m3 of an ozone-oxygen mixture. After filtration is completed, the obtained mass is diluted with distilled water in the ratio of 1:3, and then, tyndalisation is performed at the temperature of 55-59°C.

EFFECT: method allows increasing the volume of bacterial mass and improving quality of a stimulator.
