FIELD: petroleum engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to petroleum engineering, in particular to multistage submersible pumps for pumping reservoir fluid from wells. The borehole multistage trochoid pump consists of two or more trochoid stages 1, including a stator 2 with caps installed at the ends, in one of which an inlet is made, and in the other an outlet, internal and external rotors 3 and 4 installed with internal engagement and the possibility of mutual rotation. The rotors 3 are mounted on the shaft 6 with fixation in the circumferential direction. The rotors 4 are installed with an eccentricity in the stators of 2 stages 1 in the axial sliding bearing 5. In adjacent stages 1, the rotors 4 are offset in the circumferential direction by an angle equal to 180°. The shaft 6 is mounted in bearing supports 8. Stages 1 are separated by a guide device 9. Radial holes are made in the cavities of the rotor 4, connecting the internal cavities between the external and internal rotors 4 and 3 with a gap between the rotor 4 and the bearing 5.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the reliability and service life of the pump.
