FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to well multistage trochoid pumps for pumping formation fluid from wells. Pump consists of two and more trochoid stages 1, including stator 2 and internal and external rotors 3 and 4, installed with internal gearing and possibility of mutual rotation. Rotors 3 are installed on shaft 6 with fixation in circumferential direction and without fixation in axial direction. Rotors 4 are installed with eccentricity in stators 2 in axial plain bearing 5. In adjacent steps 1 rotors 4 are shifted in circumferential direction at an angle equal to 180°. Shaft 6 is installed in bearing supports 8. Steps 1 are separated by guiding device 9, in which there is one through hole 10 and two blind holes 15 and 16, separated by partition. Hole 10 connects the output below set stage 1 to the input above set stage 1. Stator 2 of stage 1 has two bypass channels, one of which connects output 11 of stage 1 with hole 15 below installed apparatus 9, and the other connects inlet 12 of stage 1 with opening 16 above installed apparatus 9.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of reliability and operation of multistage trochoid pump.
