FIELD: technologies of physical-chemical analysis of various types of landscape pollutions, possible use in engineering ecology, forest industry, agriculture, and also in system for monitoring use of nature and environment protection.
SUBSTANCE: method includes measuring macro-structure of annual zones in wood by radius of trunk on non-dried circle prior to taking samples, application of lines and splitting the circle along four geodesic directions. After taking of circle, boundary of water conductive layer is marked on it, bark is separated from wood and cambial layer is scraped off, then peripheral samples of wood are split in zone between boundary of water-conductive layer and cambial layer, and bark is cleft to produce at least two samples.
EFFECT: increased precision of correlation of physical-mechanical and chemical characteristics of wood and bark, provision of complexity of tests of wood.
