SUBSTANCE: method involves placing seeds on wetted filtering paper; holding seeds at temperature of 27-32 C during 5-7 days; analyzing extent of infection not only in seeds but also on germinated roots of seeds.
EFFECT: increased yield of cereal crops owing to increased precision in determining extent of infecting seeds with phytopathogenic bacteria.
