SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Disclosed is a method for phytoexamination of seeds of specific crops when cultivating them on a specific field, which consists in sampling soil from a place of crops sowing, sowing and germination of seeds in different conditions and determining intensity of damage to seedlings by diseases due to infection in seeds and soil. Sowing of seeds is carried out in a substrate impregnated with a soil suspension obtained from soil samples taken from the field. Control version is formed on the basis of a soil suspension prepared on distilled water without application of fertilizers and additional treatment, and other versions are formed on the basis of soil suspension prepared on rain or melt water with application of fertilizers into soil, and treatment of seeds with disinfecting preparations. All samples are held in identical conditions until a green mass is formed and the degree of contamination of the cultures with pathogenic agents is assessed and based on comparison of the degree of infection of the culture and the potential productivity of the culture, the most productive version corresponding to the lower degree of infection of the culture is selected.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of determination of potential development of diseases of crops during their cultivation on various agricultural grounds in production conditions.
