FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The method includes preliminary soaking of the leguminous crops seeds for 30-70 minutes in sterile distilled water and brief immersion of seeds for 10-15 seconds in a solution of fungicide. After that, the seeds are placed on moistened filter paper and exposed in a thermostat at a temperature of 28-32°C for 2-4 days. The degree of contamination is analysed.
EFFECT: method provides improved accuracy and efficiency of determining the degree of contamination of seeds, reduction of duration of performing the analysis, increase in crop yield due to timely taking actions for protection of plants, by reducing the time of diagnostics, as well as improvement of accuracy of determining the degree of contamination of seeds by phytopathogenic bacteria of the genus Pseudomonas syringae.
