FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention is used for diagnostics of agent of cruciferous vascular bacteriosis in samples of vegetal tissues. Method for diagnosing cruciferous vascular bacteriosis by DIA method, carried out on a solid carrier using specific hyperimmune rabbit serum, containing antibodies to a detectable agent and quantitative analysis results, wherein when producing serum as an adjuvant, a chemical polyelectrolyte substance is used, consisting of 0.05 % polyazolidine ammonium solution, modified with hydrated ions of halogens, in physiologic saline, analysis is carried out in a dot-immunoassay version on a nitrocellulose membrane, is carried out with preparations of plant tissues or washings from the analyzed surfaces, with serum taken in dilution 1:100 and visual analysis results.

EFFECT: invention provides simple accounting for results of detection of an exciter in analyzed samples and simplification of equipment used for this purpose.
