The shoulder is pulled upward and duplicature sutures are placed on the tendon. Coracohumeral ligament is formed for additionally strengthening the anterior humeral articulation wall by suturing short biceps head, coracohumeral muscle and minor pectoral muscle to the shoulder joint capsule.
EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications.
