SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be applicable to treatment of chronic anterior instability of the shoulder joint. Strengthen the joint capsule with a reticular implant, which is fixed proximally – to the anterior end of the coracoid-clavicular ligament, laterally – to the case of the tendon of the long head of the biceps muscle, medially to the joint capsule along the edge of the articular cavity of the scapula, distally to the axillary twist, in the center to the capsule of the joint.
EFFECT: method allows to avoid destruction of the implant, to prevent violation of the biomechanics of the joint.
