FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plastic greases suitable for use in friction units of machines and mechanisms operated under conditions of elevated temperatures, high loadings, and high speeds and in contact with corrosive media such as overheated water steam, oxidants, etc. Plastic grease according to invention is based on petroleum or synthetic oil and polyurea and further contains petroleum extract, oil-to-extract ratio ranging between 99:1 and 90:10.
EFFECT: improved rheological and mechanical properties of grease at lower cost.
