FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to lubricating materials, in particular to plastic lubricants, which can be used to ensure operation of various friction assemblies of mechanisms in a wide temperature range. Disclosed is a synthetic-based universal grease, which is a composition of an organosilicon liquid and an ester in combination with a thickener in the form of polyurea, characterized by that the organosilicon liquid used is an oligomethylethylsiloxane liquid, and the ester used is di-2-ethylhexyl ester of sebacic acid, taken in ratio of 50:50 to 60:40, respectively, in the presence of a thickener which contains diurea, which is an aniline reaction product, dodecylamine and 2,4-toluene diisocyanate, hydrophobic modified aerosil and ceresin 75 in the following proportions, wt. %: diurea 10.0–21.0; aerosil 3.0–7.0; ceresin 3.0–5.0.
EFFECT: development of optimum lubricant composition, improvement of its lubricating properties and expansion of working temperature range from -70 to +250 °C.
