SUBSTANCE: the fuse has a safety-detonating device with a transfer charge located in a fixed component, and a rotary bush with a firing circuit element, for example, a detonating primer, a cylindrical groove is made on the bearing surface of the rotary bush or on the fixed component, groove diameter D1 and outside diameter of the rotary bush D2 are associated with following relation D1=(0.60 to 0.95)D2.

EFFECT: provided safety of fire, reliability of fuse action and effective hitting of open-positioned enemy personnel at low firing ranges when the minimum charges are used with regard to a guaranteed non-cocking of the fuse in the gun bore, which makes it possible to conduct fire with a steep trajectory.
