SUBSTANCE: the fuse includes a safety-detonating device with a rotary bush with a firing-circuit element positioned in it, for example, a firing primer, a cylindrical groove is made on the bearing surface of the rotary bush, the diameter of the groove is related to the outside diameter of the rotary bush by the following relation: d=(0,8...0,9)D, where d - the groove diameter; D= the outside diameter of the rotary bush.
EFFECT: provided safety of fire, reliable action of the fuse.
