Abstract RU 2284017 C2

FIELD: laser measurement engineering.

SUBSTANCE: received optical radiation is mixed with linearly polarized radiation (reference radiation). Total and reference radiations are detected and variable and constant component of total photocurrent are selected. Maximal value of variable component of photocurrent is calculated. Polarization mismatch angle is defined in form of relation of variable component of total photocurrent to its maximal value. Angle of polarization of optical radiation is calculated in form of sum of values of polarization angle reference radiation and polarization mismatch angle.

EFFECT: improved precision f measurement.
