FIELD: measurement engineering.
SUBSTANCE: inspection reservoir of the device has its bases fixed onto internal side of lower and top walls of operation microwave chamber. Inspection reservoir, transparent for IR-radiation, is made in form of body restricted by two straight hollow cylinders with different diameters. Axes of cylinders are aligned along main axis of operation microwave chamber. Illuminator is made as IR-radiation source, which is fastened at outer side of lower wall of operation microwave chamber, inside which chamber the mating opening is made for illuminating inspection reservoir. Illuminator is installed in such a way that its optical axis and axis of corresponding technological; opening are aligned with main axis of cylinders which form inspection reservoir. Axes of both electromagnetic rectifiers are perpendicular to concentric central circle of cross-section of inspection reservoir.
