FIELD: television scanning.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television circular scanning. Device of computer system for television circular scanning of internal surface of welded seams of pipeline from large diameter pipes includes television camera and computer of operator as server, to which two or more personal computers are connected. Television camera is installed inside the pipeline and includes a television signal sensor (TSS) and an electromechanical TSS scanning unit, consisting of series-wise and optically connected point or multi-element illuminator, panoramic lens and a "ring" single-line photodetector, having a "ring" single-line photodetector area. TSS is kinematically connected to TSS electromechanical scanning unit, which performs step-by-step movement of the TSS and the television camera sensor by the width of the "ring" line relative to the monitored object. Sensor is made on a chip made using complementary CMOS structures. Single-line "ring" target of the sensor consists of photodiode active pixels, each of which has an analogue video signal amplifier with amplification factor K, as well as a built-in ADC. On the common crystal of the photodetector there are also units performing scanning and forming the output voltage of the digital video signal, namely: a "ring" video signal switch, comprising video signal switches for each active target pixel, which are controlled from the corresponding output of the "ring" scanning multiplexer and providing transmission of the video signal to the "ring" video bus, which output is the "Video" output of the photodetector and simultaneously the output of the television camera, wherein control of ADC active pixels of the sensor target is performed from the corresponding output of "ring" scanning multiplexer. TSS television camera further includes a dimmer-shaped cell, made on the basis of an electrochromic device, installed in a rear segment of the panoramic lens and transmits the light flux to the sensor target or its isolation from the light flux as per the control signal from the corresponding output of the "ring" multiplexer of the photodetector, which is simultaneously a control signal for TSS electromechanical scanning unit.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of integration of television camera due to implementation to control internal surface of welded seams of pipeline from pipes of large diameter of scanning method of single-line circular photodetector by means of CMOS sensor and with arrangement of electronic framing on its chip.
