FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining ulcer anamnesis duration, sex, and age of a patient. Fibrogastroduodenoscopic examination is carried out. Ulcer defect size and depth are determined. Morphological (histological) and immunological indices are additionally studied. Integral evaluation of all indices are carried out. Each index is subdivided into signs receiving score values. Unfavorable clinical course index is calculated. The value being less than 13, peptic ulcer clinical course is evaluated as stable and not progressive. The value being equal to or greater than 13, continuously recurrent (aggressive) clinical course is to be predicted with high complication development risk.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
