SUBSTANCE: claimed beverage includes fermented milk basis, source of cell detritus, extracellular and intracellular bacterium metabolites, such as bacterium biomass of species Lactobacterium acidophilum, and/or Bifidobacterium bifidum, and/or Lactobacterium bulgaricum, and/or kefir ferment, and/or koumiss or matzun ferment, which is subjected to multiple freezing and defrosting of ultrasound treatment; salt, water, in particular mineral water, or milky whey, or lacta. Fermented milk basis contains milk of cow, or goat, or mare, pr soy milk and ferment, prepared on the base of bacterium of species Lactobacterium acidophilum, and/or Bifidobacterium bifidum, and/or Lactobacterium bulgaricum, and/or kefir ferment, and/or koumiss or matzun ferment. Additionally beverage contains synthetic or natural chemical elements, and optionally milky yeast and/or lactobacteria and vitamins.
