SUBSTANCE: one should fulfill urethoplasty in one stage: it is necessary to substitute patient's urethra with a tube formed out of a free transplant out of buccal mucosa and a flap of intact skin out of lateral edge of penile wound mobilized upon vascular pedicle. Moreover, the transplant out of buccal mucosa correspondent to urethral defect by its length should be applied onto penile albuginea and fixed there. Skin flap correspondent to the transplant out of buccal mucosa by sizes should be sutured up the fragment out of buccal mucosa with its cutaneous surface being inside. Penile defect should be covered with pre-mobilized cicatricially altered skin of its ventral surface. The suggested innovation enables to shorten terms of therapy and prevent inflammatory complications in the wound.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
