SUBSTANCE: one should substitute a lacking part of urethra with a tube formed out of rectangular skin fragment, the fragment should be cut at ventral penile surface, additionally, one should dissect a skin fragment in penoscrotal area, perform urethroplasty by developing the lacking part of anterior urethra with a tube formed out of rectangular skin fragment. The developed penile defect should be covered due to suturing the edges of its cutaneous wound with the edges of the wound at anterior scrotal surface. About 2-3 mo later it is necessary to disconnect a penis against a scrotum together with the united scrotal cutaneous fragment up to penoscrotal angle by keeping circulation in a dissected scrotal fragment. The innovation enables to prevent affected circulation in a removed cutaneous scrotal fragment and improve cosmetic defect.
