SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with removing subluxation in atlantoaxial articulation due to cranial traction upwards along vertebral axis along simultaneous maximal rotation alternately in both sides during patient's expiration and ocular rotation in analogous side with one hand and fixation of spinous processes of the second and inferior cervical vertebrae with another hand followed by fixing the result with alternate analogous rotations of the head and eyes in both sides at expiration by the patients himself that decreases the number of relapses.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
