FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: alerter contains coaxially mounted cylindrical stator and rotor where adjacent surfaces windows uniformly located on circle are executed, and electromotor for the uniform gyration of curl. The alerter stator contains certain odd number of windows: from 3 to 11, for reception of corresponding demanded consonant interval: from octave to minor third. The alerter rotor consists of two consecutive dilatational sites executed with number of windows, differing on unity from number of the stator windows for embodying of two rotating waves of ultrasonic oscillations in district direction - a straight line, passing to a direction of gyration of curl, high tone, - in the case on unity it is more, and return, colliding to gyration of curl, low tone, - in a case on unity it is less, and also is supplied with blade wheel for maintenance of centrifugal forcing of the working environment. Thus, the alerter generates two colliding waves of ultrasonic oscillations removed from uniform curl which frequencies form an exact demanded consonant interval.
EFFECT: directional magnification of ultrasonic power of device with simultaneous pinch of its efficiency at maintenance of technological simplicity, profitability and efficiency of both construction, and operation.
