SUBSTANCE: in patients with endogenous psychic disorders one should detect the degree of depression by Hamilton's scale, the quantity of monocytes and lymphocytes in leukocytic formula of total clinic blood analysis, and, also, the values of infra-red blood spectroscopy in infra-red spectroanalyzer. At degree of depression being 20.9±2.2 points, the values of average absorption being 43.5±1.8%, 47.9±3.2% and 45.2±1.5% in the ranges of 3085-2832 cm-1, 1543-1425 cm-1 and 1127-1057 cm-1, correspondingly, in combination with immunity values as monocytosis being above 5% and lymphocytosis being above 25% in leukocytic formula of total blood analysis one should diagnose therapeutically resistant depression at endogenous psychic diseases. Application of the present method enables to detect persons with immunological and pathobiochemical signs of affected activity of nervous system being characteristic for therapeutically resistant depression that, in its turn, provides the opportunity to form adequate therapeutic strategy in due time.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics.
