FIELD: engineering of devices for erasing records from magnetic carriers.
SUBSTANCE: device for erasing records from magnetic carriers includes two contours, each one of which contains capacitor, key, power source and solenoid, device also contains control block, input of which is connected to magnetic field strength sensor, and output - to controlling input of second contour key, while solenoids are positioned so, that vectors of magnetic fields created by them in area of positioning of magnetic carrier are mutually perpendicular and solenoid of one of them is mounted so, that vector of magnetic field formed by it in area of position of magnetic carrier is perpendicular to direction of recording vector for magnetic carrier. Device additionally includes one more magnetic field strength indicator and a pair of devices for registration of level of magnetic field, while each sensor of magnetic field strength by its input and output is connected to its device for registration of level of magnetic field, which by their second inputs are connected to second output of power source for each contour.
EFFECT: increased efficiency.
