SUBSTANCE: device contains constant voltage source with two outputs, actuator with two control inputs and one signal input, unit with reservoir capacitors with two terminals, two commutators with two control inputs, control unit with input and output, controllable charge breaker with control and signal inputs and output, two commutator start units, voltage divisor, charge signal unit with signal outputs and control inputs, pulse forming units with control inputs and one output, pulse signal generator, timer with two signal inputs and one output.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption during record erasing from magnetic mediums without worsening of erasing quality.
