FIELD: electrical and pulse engineering; high-frequency pulse power transformers.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is distinguished by using rectangular-section conducting strip covered with insulating layer. Mentioned strip is wound on insulating spool. Prior to winding each coil strip is bent perpendicular to its axis in two opposite directions in middle of its length to form bend supported by spool surface; strip is laid in opposite directions depending on position of strip ends in bend. Upon completion of procedure winding leads are bent perpendicular to strip axis in opposite directions.
EFFECT: reduced dissipation inductance and labor consumption, facilitated procedure, reduced size of winding.
