FIELD: production of canned soup concentrates.
SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by formula component preparation, namely pork and onion chopping followed by blending thereof with chicken egg white and ginger to produce mince and forming of meatballs therefrom, fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing and blending thereof with milk butter, dry white wine and table salt. Obtained mixture is pre-packed together with meatballs, vermicelli and bone broth in specific component ratio.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
