FIELD: food products manufacturing technique.
SUBSTANCE: shallots, ginger, garlic, potatoes, carrots, papricas and onions are cut and sauteed in vegetable oil. Bunching onion is cut and frozen, napa cabbage is shredded and frozen. Beef is cut and chopped, egg noodle is blanched; beef, parts of shallots, parts of ginger, parts of garlic, chicken eggs, table salt, starch, cinnamon and hot black pepper are mixed producing minced meat. It is formed into meatballs. Potatoes, carrots, bunching onion, napa cabbage, papricas, onions, remaining parts of shallots, ginger and garlic, soya sauce, table salt and hot black pepper are mixed without oxygen access. Egg noodle, meatballs, obtained mix and meat-and-bone broth are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
