FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cultivating cellulocutaneous flap in the periauricular region having external edge length 2-2.5 times as large as the ear tragus height. The cellulosubcutaneous layer is brought to zero when moving to outside in the region the cellulocutaneous flap is placed over the tragus. Two regular triangles are cut out on the boundary of excised cellulocutaneous flap and fold as hood by placing sutures over the triangular defects. Cartilaginous tragus plate is exposed on the frontal edge. The adjacent soft tissues are excised as wedge allover the tragus width at 0.5-0.8 cm in depth. The cartilaginous tragus plate is covered the cellulocutaneous hood-shaped flap.
EFFECT: prevented pretragus fossa smoothing and tragus flattening.
