FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making incisions on hairy part of head in pre- and retro-auricular area. Incision in the pre-auricular area is drawn from the margin base to the lobule of the auricle along the tragus crest. Cellulocutaneous flaps are separated. Fascia is strengthened. Subfascial reinforcement is carried out using thread. The reinforcement is carried out in the vicinity external angle of the eye. The thread is fixed in the hairy part of head, in buccal area with thread being fixed near the auricle margin base, in the region of mandible branch by bringing the thread through soft tissues at the level of anterior edge of the submandibular salivary gland with therapy thread being fixed in the retro-auricular zone. Excessive skin flaps are displaced and excised. EFFECT: stable cosmetic treatment result. 5 dwg
