FIELD: medicine; plastic surgery.
SUBSTANCE: skin and subcutaneous fat incision is made in the temporal, forehead, parotid occipital regions, the adipodermal flap is stripped off to the nasolabial roller. Detached adipodermal flap is moved in an upper-lateral direction. Excess is excised with subsequent suturing of wound edges. After exfoliation of the adipodermal flap with inclusion of a nasal-buccal groove and an external one-third of the nasolabial roller, lipoaspiration is performed in the area of the inner and middle parts of the nasolabial roller with separation of connective tissue bridges. Reduced fascial-cellular layer of nasolabial roller is transferred and anchored to the fascial-cellular layer of nasogastric furrow to overlap the latter.
EFFECT: method enables improving the aesthetic effect of the operation, reducing traumatism thereof, preventing early relapse of soft tissue ptosis in the middle face.
