FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing cast metal pin stump inlay, fixing it on the tooth and manufacturing artificial crown prosthesis on the inlay. Before being fixed on tooth, the stump inlay is treated with plasma jet with a compound containing silicon and carbon added that is precipitated on the inlay surface as a 1 mcm thick layer with oxide-carbide coating being formed on metal pin stump structure surface. The coating contains silicon oxide - 80% and silicon carbide 20%.
EFFECT: prevented metal ions penetration; high reliability of prosthesis.
