FIELD: medicine, ophthalmooncology.

SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to fulfill transpupillary laser impact at wave length of 810 nm, exposure of 60 sec in every point of impact at applying tile-like applications till complete steady tumoral whitening. Impact should be carried out at about 200-1700 mW power in two stages. At the first stage, depending upon tumor's size, its configuration and distance against sensor retinal departments one should apply the diameter of focal spot, its size being 1.0 or 1.8 or 3.0 or 5.0 mm. At the second stage , 4 d later, one should apply the diameter of focal spot being of 0.6 or 0.8 mm. Moreover, it is necessary to irradiate only those tumoral tissue parts which reconstructed their initial color existed before the first stage of impact. The innovation enables to valuably destruct the tumor.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
