SUBSTANCE: merry-go-round has central column mounted on base, drive, hung seats, control unit, with base being positioned for rotation. Central column is made in the form multiple-link telescopic unit and is equipped with link lifting drive and balancing counterweight located above column for movement along outer link of telescopic unit. On upper end portion of each link there is rotating platform carrying retainer for retaining platform in its initial position, ratchet mechanism with unit for switching it off, and also individual drives for hung seats, said seats being connected with associated drives through flexible binder. Each seat is made in the form of passenger armchair.
EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and increased entertaining effect.
