FIELD: chemical industry; production of the filter materials.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents three-layer material made in the form of the band containing the working layer made out of the premolded perchlorovinyl fibers with the diameter of 0.1-0.5 microns, the binder made out of the mixture of the fibers with the diameter of 0.1-0.5 microns and 7-12 microns and the substrate made out of the glued perchlorovinyl fibers with the diameter of 7-12 microns. The material is characterized by the split-hair accuracy of the analysis at fulfillment of the spectroscopy of the alfa-active particles due to the high performance of the filtering of the particles with the diameter of 0.15-0.20 microns, and is used as the analytical bands in the continuously active instruments for sampling of the probes of the aerosols, including the radioactive aerosols.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the split-hair accuracy of the analysis at fulfillment of the spectroscopy of the alfa-active particles with the diameter less than half micron.
