FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtration materials used as filtration analytical strips and analytical filters for control over radioactive aerosols. Filtration material comprises layer of polyamide nanofibres applied on nonwoven polypropylene substrate. Diameter of said nanofibres varies from 50 nm to 500 nm. Polyamide nanofibre layer unit area varies from 0.08 g/m to 3.2 g/m at layer thickness of 0.5-30 mcm. Layer porosity does not exceed 90% at pore mean size of 1.25-1.2 mcm. Said material is produced by electric forming in electrocapillary process, or from free surface. Filed intensity between charged forming electrode and precipitation electrode makes 3-6 kV/cm. Forming solution contains polyamide in organic solvents at polyamide concentration of 10-20 wt %. Said filtration materials is used as filtration analytical strips and analytical filters for control over radioactive aerosols.
EFFECT: efficient entrapment of radioactive aerosol particles.
