SUBSTANCE: plug comprises bottom made of a soft material, shell secured to the bottom, and fastening member mounted on the shell and provided with lock made of one or several units for tightening the belt. The bottom of the plug can be provided with the valve. The plug is provided with loops for its mounting and dismounting from the pipe.
