FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: gas analyzer intends for measurement of content of gaseous matters. Remote optical absorption laser gas analyzer has laser radiator unit 1 with wavelength which changes within range of absorption of detected molecule, analytical signal receiving unit 3 optically connected with laser radiator unit through diffuse-reflecting object, and control, receiving and data processing unit. In case several molecules have to be detected, at least one additional laser radiator unit 2 can be introduced into gas analyzer; the introduced unit can be tuned in other spectral range. In case the distance to diffuse-reflecting object is not known, range finder 18 can be introduced into the analyzer. Range finder measured distance to diffuse-reflecting object, which distance is used in digital programmed module when calculation of content of detected molecule is made. In case the gas analyzer is mounted on moving transportation vehicle, gas analyzer can be equipped with unit 19 for finding its coordinates. Readings of coordinate finder are used for building map of distribution of detected matter in space. In case when precise guiding of gas analyzer onto selected diffuse-reflecting object is necessary, gas analyzer can be equipped with indicator 20. If video camera is used as indicator, precise comparison of anomaly observed of content of detected matter is possible accomplished with finding of place of its location. Due to application of diode laser the area of detected of gaseous matters is significantly widened and selectivity of analysis is improved. Monitoring can be performed as for measurements at fixed path and in mode of spatial scanning.

EFFECT: permanent, quick and continuous monitoring of different gaseous matters.
