FIELD: veterinary, biotechnology and virology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular bivalent vaccine for brucellosis and diarrhea prophylaxis caused by entheropathogenic bacteria. Claimed vaccine contains brucell outer membrane protein conjugated with molecular carrier such as B-subunits of thermolabile E.coli entherotoxin. Said vaccine induces specific and prolonged immunity against infection caused by high brucell doses and entheropathogenic E.coli and V.cholera.
EFFECT: effective vaccine for brucellosis and diarrhea prophylaxis.
