SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents a method for producing a vaccine for brucellosis of vertebrates, involving cultivation of Brucella abortus brucellosis strain with subsequent cultivation on sterile nutrient medium with subsequent release of antigen in the form of bacterial mass and its conjugation with stabilizer containing sucrose and gelatine, sterilization, packing and lyophilisation, Brucella abortus strain Brucella abortus RB-51/SHCHBK is used as a brucellous strain of the genus Brucella abortus, and the bacterial mass of the strain Brucella abortus RB-51/SHCHBK with cell content of 1.0-4.0×1010 mc/cm3 is used as an antigen, with certain content of components, wherein pH of stabilizer is brought to 7.4-7.6 15-20% solution of caustic sodium, sterilizing it at 116-120°C for 20-30 minutes. Also, in a method for producing a vaccine against vertebral brucellosis, culturing a brucellous strain of the genus Brucella abortus with subsequent cultivation on sterile nutrient medium with subsequent release of antigen in form of bacterial mass and its conjugation with stabilizer containing sucrose and gelatin, sterilization, packing and lyophilisation, Brucella abortus Brucella abortus strain RB-51/SHCHBK is used as a brucellous strain, and the antigen is a bacterial mass of the strain Brucella abortus RB-51/SHCHBK with cell content of 1.0-4.0×1010 mc/cm3, wherein the stabilizer further contains beta-cyclodextrin, with a certain content of components, wherein the pH of the stabilizer is adjusted to 7.4-7.6 with 15-20% sodium hydroxide, sterilizing it at 116-120°C for 20-30 minutes.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the target product storage life with preservation of its immunogenicity against vertebrate brucellosis.
