SUBSTANCE: method involves administering general hydrogen sulfide baths with hydrogen sulfide concentration of 50-150 mg/l every other day after having applied adaptation treatment. Galvanic pelotherapy is applied to reflexogenic segmental vertebral column region at bath-free days. Paravertebral zones in C5-D2 zone are treated when upper extremity articulations are predominantly injured, L1-S3 zone being treated in upper extremity cases. Then the region of one or several injured articulations is treated. The total treatment course is 8 balneo- and 8 physioprocedures long.

EFFECT: accelerated treatment course.
