FIELD: metal working processes and equipment, built-up cutting tools.

SUBSTANCE: tool includes body with seat. In said seat cutting is arranged on member having pin and through slit. Cutting tip is mounted with use of recess or dent of said member and with use respectively of dent or recess of tool body, both (dent and recess) are inclined relative to supporting wall of tool body or they are arranged eccentrically relative to it. In order to simplify adjustment of clamping effort of cutting tip, through slit of said member is formed in lengthwise direction and its lateral surface engages with working surface of recess or dent.

EFFECT: simplified adjustment of clamping effort of cutting tip.
