FIELD: apparatuses for finishing and strengthening grooves of inner surfaces of parts.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes deforming tools, helical cylindrical compression spring, leaf spring, control ring with handle, mandrel with central lengthwise opening where wave guide and striker in the form of rods are arranged. Striker is mounted with possibility of acting upon wave guide for transmitting cyclic pulse load. Width and height of deforming tools are equal respectively to width and height of expanded groove. Deforming tools are mounted on plungers arranged along radiuses and having in free ends rolling bearing assemblies in the form of rolled-in balls. Cylindrical compression spring is mounted on free end of wave guide whose surface is cone and it engages with said rolling bearing assemblies. Leaf spring is in the form of wavy ring. In end of control ring there are pins that may engage with springy wavy ring. Pins act upon waves of springy wavy ring at rotation of handle for removing deforming tools from worked groove.

EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of static pulse working.
